How do you ensure confidentiality?

Your confidentiality is my priority. I always sign a contract to ensure mutual trust and security.

How safe is my information?

I use advanced security measures, including:

Password management tools like LastPass
Secure browsing with ProtonVPN
Antivirus, anti-spyware, and firewall protection through Norton
Device encryption and a password-protected wireless network

Your information is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

What is your hourly rate?

My pricing is based on flat-rate packages tailored to deliver value and results. This eliminates the guesswork of time tracking and ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for upfront.

You’re not paying for my time—you’re investing in outcomes and reliable support.

How does billing work?

I operate on a retainer basis to ensure your spot is reserved each month. The first invoice is due before we begin. After that, invoices are sent monthly on the same calendar date.

Timely payment helps ensure your services are reserved for the upcoming month.

What happens if payment is late?

Because I operate on a retainer basis, timely payment is required to reserve services each month. If payment is not received within 7 working days of the due date, services may be paused or canceled to allow space for other clients.

If you anticipate a delay, please communicate with me in advance. I’m happy to work with you whenever possible.

I offer both ongoing monthly packages and project-based services. Whether you need long-term support or help with a specific setup or project, we can find a solution that fits.

What is the process to get started?

We start with a complimentary Discovery Call. After we discuss your goals and needs, I’ll send you a customized proposal. Once you approve the proposal, sign the contract, and complete the first invoice, we’ll begin onboarding and start working together.

What if I only need a few hours of support?

If you’re looking for short-term help, I offer a limited number of hourly sessions for new clients. This option is perfect for smaller projects or to test working together before moving into a full package. (Minimum hours apply.)

Do you work internationally?

Yes. I serve clients worldwide and am experienced in working across time zones to provide seamless virtual support.

Is there a risk in getting started?

Absolutely not. I offer a complimentary Discovery Call so you can get a feel for how I work—no pressure, no obligation.
