About Working Together

What makes your approach different from hiring a VA?

I’m not a traditional VA who simply checks off tasks. I’m a strategic operations partner who designs, builds, and manages the infrastructure your business needs to scale sustainably.

You’re not just getting implementation, you’re getting strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and systems that grow with you.

Who do you work with?

I work exclusively with established service-based solopreneurs whose businesses are growing but whose backend operations can’t keep up.

My ideal clients are earning consistent revenue, ready to invest in infrastructure (not just task help), and want a strategic partner not just another pair of hands.

If you’re just starting out or looking for basic admin support, I’m probably not the right fit. But if you’re scaling and need real operational systems, let’s talk.

Yes! I work with solopreneurs worldwide. All communication happens via Zoom, Google Meet, email, and project management tools. Time zone differences are never an issue, we’ll find a schedule that works.

About the Packages

What’s the difference between the Done-With-You and Done-For-You packages?

Done-With-You is strategic consulting. I audit your operations, create a customized roadmap, and guide you through implementation over 6 weeks. You execute, I advise.

Done-For-You includes everything in Done-With-You PLUS I handle the complete buildout – CRM setup, workflows, templates, SOPs, and systems. You hand it off, I build it.

What’s included in the Strategic Operations Partner retainer?

This is my most comprehensive offering – ongoing operational management combined with strategic oversight.

I handle your day-to-day backend operations (inbox, calendar, client communication) while also designing and optimizing systems, managing social media, running email campaigns, and providing proactive strategic support through monthly calls and bi-weekly check-ins.

Think of it as having a dedicated operations director for your business.

Can I start with a smaller package and upgrade later?

Absolutely! Many clients start with Done-With-You or Done-For-You to build their operational foundation, then transition to the Strategic Operations Partner retainer for ongoing support.

We can discuss the best path during your Discovery Call.

Do you offer hourly or project-based support outside of these packages?

I work exclusively through strategic packages to ensure you get focused, outcome-driven support rather than piecemeal task execution.

If you’re looking for one-off project help, the Done-For-You package is your best option.

What if I only need help with one specific thing (like CRM setup)?

The Done-For-You package is designed for exactly this – focused system buildouts. We’ll scope the project during your Discovery Call to ensure it fits within the package structure.

What tools and platforms do you work with?

What if I don’t know which tools I need?

That’s exactly what the operational audit (included in all packages) is for. I’ll assess your current setup, identify gaps, and recommend the right tools for your specific business model and growth stage.

You won’t be buying tools you don’t need or paying for features you won’t use.

About Pricing & Payments

How does billing work?

For Done-With-You and Done-For-You packages:
50% due upon signing the contract to reserve your spot, 50% due at project midpoint.

For Strategic Operations Partner retainer:
Payment is due monthly on the same calendar date. The first invoice is due before we begin working together to reserve your spot.

All invoices are sent via email with payment links for easy processing.

What happens if payment is late?

Because I work with a limited number of clients to ensure everyone gets strategic attention, timely payment is required to maintain your reserved spot.

If payment is not received within 7 business days of the due date, services will be paused until payment is received.

If you anticipate a delay, please let me know in advance. I’m happy to work with you when possible.

Do you offer payment plans?

For Done-For-You packages over $3,000, I can offer a 2-payment structure (50% upfront, 50% at midpoint).

Strategic Operations Partner retainers are monthly recurring with a 3-month commitment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Sign & Start
Once you approve the proposal and complete payment, we’ll schedule your kick-off call and begin building your operational roadmap.

How soon can we start?

For Done-With-You and Done-For-You packages:
I can typically begin within 1-2 weeks of our Discovery Call.

For Strategic Operations Partner retainers:
Availability depends on my current client load. I work with a limited number of ongoing clients to ensure everyone gets the strategic attention they deserve.

The sooner we connect, the sooner I can give you a realistic timeline.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where we’ll:

Discuss your current operational challenges
Explore your growth goals
Determine if we’re a good fit
Answer any questions you have
Outline next steps if we decide to move forward

There’s no pressure, no obligation, just an honest conversation about whether I’m the right partner for your business.

What if we’re not a good fit?

I’ll tell you honestly. If I don’t think I’m the right partner for your specific needs, I’ll let you know during our Discovery Call. I’d rather refer you to someone better suited than take on a project where I can’t deliver exceptional results.

Strategic Operations Partner clients experience relief within the first month as I take over day-to-day operations, with compounding benefits as systems are optimized over time.

What if my business needs change during our engagement?

Strategic Operations Partner clients meet with me monthly to review operations and adjust priorities as your business evolves. Flexibility is built into the partnership.

Done-With-You and Done-For-You clients can discuss additional support or scope adjustments. If needs significantly expand, we can explore transitioning to a retainer.

About Security & Confidentiality

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

Your confidentiality is my top priority. Every client engagement includes:

Signed confidentiality agreements and contracts
Advanced security measures (password managers, VPN, encryption)
Antivirus, anti-spyware, and firewall protection (Norton)
Device encryption and password-protected wireless networks
Secure file sharing and communication protocols

Your data is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, if required. All client engagements already include confidentiality clauses in the contract, but I’m happy to sign your NDA if you have specific legal requirements.

About Availability & Capacity

How many clients do you work with at once?

I intentionally limit my client roster to ensure everyone receives strategic attention and proactive support.

For Strategic Operations Partner retainers, I typically work with 3-5 clients at a time. This allows me to deeply understand each business and provide the level of partnership you deserve.

What if I need support outside of normal business hours?

My standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–3PM ET, but I’m flexible for established clients with occasional urgent needs.

Strategic Operations Partner clients receive priority support and faster response times.

Do you take time off?

Yes! I take breaks to recharge so I can show up fully for my clients. I always provide advance notice of any planned time off, and we’ll make arrangements to ensure your business continues running smoothly.

What happens if you’re sick or unavailable?

For Strategic Operations Partner clients, I have backup systems in place and will communicate immediately if I’m unexpectedly unavailable. Critical tasks will be handled or transitioned temporarily.

For project-based work (Done-With-You/Done-For-You), timelines may be adjusted if needed, but I’ll always communicate proactively.
