Done-With-You is strategic consulting. I audit your operations, create a customized roadmap, and guide you through implementation over 6 weeks. You execute, I advise.

Done-For-You includes everything in Done-With-You PLUS I handle the complete buildout – CRM setup, workflows, templates, SOPs, and systems. You hand it off, I build it.

What’s included in the Strategic Operations Partner retainer?

This is my most comprehensive offering – ongoing operational management combined with strategic oversight.

I handle your day-to-day backend operations (inbox, calendar, client communication) while also designing and optimizing systems, managing social media, running email campaigns, and providing proactive strategic support through monthly calls and weekly check-ins.

Think of it as having a dedicated operations director for your business.
