Boost your productivity with this Power Routine

Routines can help us prioritize our lives and make us more efficient.

I wanted to share with you this power routine that helps boost my productivity.

Before work

Here’s how I begin my day using Robin Sharma’s 20/20/20 formula:

Exercise
I spend the first 20-minutes of my day sweating and getting my heart rate up. This really makes me feel good, awake and energized to conquer my day.

Journal
The next 20 minutes are for journaling and meditating/contemplating. Setting my mind, heart, and soul in the right place to face whatever the day has in store for me.

Learn
The final 20 minutes is all about learning whatever it is I feel like learning. Usually, I would listen to a podcast or read a blog about entrepreneurship or go through a coaching lesson.

During work

I dedicate the first 90 minutes of my work hours to the most critical or important and urgent tasks on my plate. Then I’d work in 60-minute sprints and have a break for 10 minutes.

This really works for me! I am not all over the place, I get more things done, I am not exhausted, and I am happier.⠀:)

After work

Before going offline, I always spend a few minutes planning and organizing my tasks for the following day so that I know exactly what and where to start the next day.
